Your account and password

If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

Use of the store

Our store is a marketplace that allows users to buy digital and physical creative works directly from the people who have created them (“creators”). We do not have possession of those works, and we are not involved in the actual transaction between you and the creator selling any work. Any contract for the sale of a creative work is directly between you and the creator.

You may not use our store if you are not able to form a legally binding contract with a creator. In particular, you may not use the store if you are under the age of 18.

We will endeavour to help resolve any dispute between you and the creator about the sale of a work. However, we have no control over and do not guarantee the existence, quality or suitability of any of the works on the store, or the ability of any creator to sell a work. Nor do we guarantee that a creator will or can actually complete a sale.

The store checkout process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to the creator. Please take the time to read and check your order at each stage of the order process.

When buying a work, you agree that you are responsible for reading the full description of the work before committing to buy, and that by committing to buy you are entering into a legally binding contract with the creator to buy that work.

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it.  Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.  All such rights are reserved.

Limitation of our liability

Nothing in these terms of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to our site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, our site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on our site.

If you have a dispute with a creator or another user of our site, you release us, our subsidiaries and holding companies (as those terms are defined in section 1159 Companies Act 2006) and our and their directors, employees and agents from claims, demands, losses or damages (whether direct or indirect) arising out of or connected with that dispute.
